Cancellation fees apply if a scheduled appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice — 50% of the fee will be charged. No-shows are billed at 100%. ABN 35 508 097 144 · Provider Number 5284451T. Outstanding accounts (maximum terms = strictly 7 days) will be referred to BCA Debt for debt collection and will incur an 18% debt collection fee. No further appointments will be booked while the account remains outstanding.
